Hotel Bismarck

Traveled to Hotel Bismarck in February and it was a spectacular experience through and through. A warm shoutout to the phenomenal staff who not only made our stay comfortable and enjoyable but also went above and beyond in every aspect. A big plus was how dog-friendly they were, welcoming our furry friend with open arms and ensuring he too, had a comfortable stay. The food was a delightful surprise - straightforward, hearty, and simply great. Months later, we still cherish our time at Hotel Bismarck and cannot recommend it enough for a wonderful, pet-friendly getaway!

Nice hotel combining tradition and contemporary. Excellent food of high quality. Very good and polite service. Smartly selected wine list with some posh labels. Bar with good cocktails menu. Extraordinary spa area fully functional at all times. Modern and up to date gym facilities. Spacious and extra clean rooms with terraces. The rating 4S stars well deserved. Everything is tought off in to detail, must be a result of knowledge and experience. You just need to relax and enjoy.

If you are looking for an incredible beautiful hotel with fabulous service, best food ever, best spa, massages etc. look no further. The owners, Mr. & Mrs. Wendler will not disappoint you in any way. Their staff has been with them for a long time. The kitchen chef has worked at the Bismarck Hotel for 29 years. The food is Michelin quality. Everything is fresh daily. The selection of bread, cheeses and wine is to die for. The hotel is spotless and sanitized daily. This has been our 3rd time and we already booked for next year. We might consider spending Christmas and New Year in 2023. There is great skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing etc. near by.

MOST AMAZING STAY, THIS HOTEL IS UNBEATBLE! Hotel Bismarck offers the most lovable, comfortable, outstanding quality that you can dream of! Everything is done with so much love, we are so impressed with the owners, the junior owners and also with the entire staff like no other hotel! We will come back next year for at least 3-4 weeks again – if not even earlier! This meticulously maintained hotel boasts the most beautiful and exceptional comfortable rooms with best mountain views, cleanliness, delicious dinner menus, wine and cheeses to die for, a big breakfast buffet, multiple pools, spa, an outdoor thermal pool, massages with the best trained massage therapists, relaxing evening events, music – and you are in the best location, quietly located just 5 minutes walking distance to the city! The Christina and Ulrich Wendler as well as Alexandra Wendler (the junior owner) with her partner Robert really do everything they can to make you happy! Quality is highest, all clients are very happy and we have not even met any customer at all in our 4 weeks that was not 100% satisfied! You will definitely ensure that your stay will be exceptional where you can enjoy every single minute. We have been so excited – but not even surprised – that even stars like Helene Fischer, DJ Ötzi and so many more have selected this hotel for their stays! The price quality of this hotel is incomparable! We also like to point out the excellence of their staff – in particularly Bianca, Martina and Laura from the reception, as well as Sara – all of them took so good care of us, we are very sad about leaving tomorrow. The kitchen is managed with Michelin star quality; if you need a special dinner for a diet, no problem either! We also want to point out the excellence of Christoph and Mario at the restaurant, just as much as Nowak. They have all taken so good care of us. Christoph was in charge of the Gastein Stube and we already integrated him into our hearts! We love their weekly candle gala dinners as well as their exceptional bi-weekly desert shows! The family makes you feel very very comfortable and another point that really ensures the excellence of this hotel is that their staff has been with them for a long time.
